• CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”)

1. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
2. This #ShhKeNahinKhulkePyaarKaro  Contest is brought to You by Unwanted-21 Days.
3. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, You will be bound by these T&Cs.
4. You acknowledge that You satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
5. These T&Cs are in addition to such Social Networking Website Conditions of Use to which You agree by accessing those social networking sites which shall host this Contest.
6. To the extent the said Conditions of Use of the social networking sites are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.
7. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we may revoke, amend or modify these T&Cs at any time without any prior notice.

• ELIGIBILITY

1. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
2. You must be over 18 years of age.
3. You must be a lawful citizen of India.
4. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.
5. Contest is not open to residents of  Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

• DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER

1. This Contest will commence on 11th February 2021 to 15th February 2021 at 11:59 P.M.
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, You must:

2.2 The participant to be eligible for the entry should comment based on the storyline on all episode posts. The two winners shall be chosen through random selection.

2.3 No multiple entries allowed in the contest. The contestants can participate only on one platform- Facebook, ​or Twitter, or Instagram.

• DO’s and DON’T FOR THE CONTEST

1. Using sexual and inappropriate language is completely prohibited.
2. You shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws and shall also ensure that Your posts/ entries does not hurt sentiments of public and/ against public morals, decency, proprietary and/ or discriminate on the basis of any community, sex, sect, religion, cast or creed and shall undertake to fully indemnify and hold harmless and defend Mankind Pharma Limited and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, judgment’s, cost, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) whether or not involving a third party claim.
3. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Mankind Pharma Limited’ policies or under the applicable laws of India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
4. Lucky winners shall be chosen by the Brand through computer-based random selection and shall be eligible for the prize. Each winner will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest. Winner selection will be the sole discretion of the Brand.

• MAILING LIST

By entering the Contest, You consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from the Brand. You may update or change Your email preferences at the email preferences page.

• OTHER CONTESTS

Please note that the Brand may be running similar Contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, You will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Contest unless You enter each promotion/ Contest separately.

• PRIZES

1. The prizes will be awarded by the Brand and the contents of the same can be changed/modified by the Brand without any prior notice.
2. The pre-decided prizes will be shipped to the winners after the winner announcement and the delivery of the same would be logistics dependent and not the responsibility of the Brand.
3. Due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be some delays/cancellations in the shipping.
4. The Brand is not responsible for any loss/theft of prizes and will not be answerable for the same.
5. The Brand will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by You.

• ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

• WINNER SELECTION

1. The selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest. The winners will be announced on our official Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond the control of the Brand, the Brand may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Brand, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
2. By participating in this Contest, You hereby acknowledge that the Prize is provided by the Brand only, any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that You may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof.

• ADDITIONAL TERMS

Brand may, in its sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries.
2. We, the brand, are not responsible for:

(a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by You or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to Your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

1. If Your entry is incomplete or if You use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, Your entry will be void.

• MISCELLANEOUS

1. The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any such dispute. The Contest and all accompanying materials are copyrighted by Mankind Pharma Limited, or its affiliates of the Brand, as applicable. All the content on the Brand website is owned by the Brand.
2. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that the Brand’s decisions related to the Contest are final and binding on You. Failure by the Brand to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

• FORCE MAJEURE

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrest, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the brand (“Force Majeure Event”). The brand shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

• PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Contest, You give the Brand / or its affiliates permission to use, absolutely free of charge and royalty, Your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, Contests, or Contests to follow. You agree that Brand and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish Your saved item details for any communication, promotions, Contests, or Contests that follow. You agree that Brand and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, contents etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that You will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Brand and/or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give Your consent to Brand and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use Your name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow

• LIABILITY RELEASE

This Contest is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, You will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless the Brand, and any of their affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to the Brand and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Further, You agree to bear any taxes that might arise out of the winnings from this Contest and shall not look to the Brand, and any of their affiliates, employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same.

• WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The Contest ends on 15th February, 2021 at 11:59 P.M and any entry post that will not be accepted. Winners will be announced after 2 days of the Contest Period. The winners will be announced on our official Facebook, Twitter & Instagram accounts.
